Mas de l'Erme

Avanti  2019

Mont Baudile IGP

France - Languedoc

Located in the town of Jonquières, in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac vineyard, the Mas de l'Erme is a family property managed by Florence and Fabien Milesi. She, an agronomist oenologist and he computer scientist, they decided in 2006 to buy 8 hectares of vines.
Mas de l'Erme has a terroir of high quality for the wine, thanks to soils composed of very draining gravel for the red grape varieties and clay-limestone for the white grape varieties. The strong thermal amplitudes between day and night during summer provide their wines with fruity aromas with a certain freshness. Mas de l'Erme has been Ecocert certified since 2015.
