At the bottom of the test tube, pour in a thought from Stendhal "People only ever have the degree of freedom that their daring conquers their fear". Add a large glassful of red wine from Borie de Maurel, not just any wine, but a rustic, colourful juice from the oldest vines on the estate, just like the one that gave 'heart in the belly' to the poilus of 14.

Next, shake to obtain the elixir of courage.

Then all you have to do is taste this magic potion, so that, filled with courage and drunk with freedom, you can work, each at your own level, to bring about a world that is a little less... and a little more... spiritual.

Mourvèdre, Carginan

      Tasting notes:

A fruity wine that plays the card of balance and precision. Powerful nose of ripe wild red fruit, violets and black pepper. The palate shows great balance between the generous texture and the through acidity that balances it all.

     Wine style :
Fruity and round red wine.

      Food and wine pairing:
Local cured meats and mature cheeses. Black pudding and white bean salad with nuts.
