Tasting Notes:

Translucent vermilion dress. Delicately nose evoking fresh red cherry, freshly turned earth and stone. Round, fresh on the palate, flowing through the palate like a stream of pure water, with airy but intense fruit. The finish is tasty, marked by the cherry stone and spices, and then this bewitching earthy taste.

Delicate and fruity red wine.

Food and wine :

Milk-fed veal loin, hazelnut crust and parsnip mousseline. Risotto of revered black rice, candied porcini mushrooms and crunchy almonds.
