The vineyard stretches between plain and scrubland, it covers around a hundred hectares south of Pézenas.
Cultivation is carried out using the most modern means, with all plots on threads and reasoned treatments.
The vinifications combine ancestral methods and the latest technologies.
Grape variety:
100% sauvignon blanc.
Tasting:
The dress is light yellow. The nose is very expressive and complex, it develops aromas of gooseberries and freshly cut pineapple. The attack on the palate is elegant on exotic fruits. The mid-palate marked by citrus notes. The finish leaves a lemony and crunchy sensation.

Light and lively white wine.

Seafood platter from the Bassin de Thau. Aged Pouligny-Saint-Pierre and granny-smith compote.
