Grape varieties:

60% syrah, 25% black grenache and 15% carignan.
Aged in Stockinger barrels of 400 and 500 liters for 14 months.

Tasting Notes:

Complex nose on zan, mocha and blackberry. Harmonious mouth, volume and length with a nice grain of tannin.

Wine style:

Elegant and complex red wine.

Food and wine :

Bigorre black pork cutlets with red berries. Guardian of the Camargue bull.
