Grape varieties :

50% mourvèdre, 30% syrah and 20% grenache noir.
Aged in 400 litre barrels for 12 months.

Tasting notes:

On the nose, notes of red fruit, orange peel and garrigue. On the palate, ripe fruit and spicy notes. The tannins are silky and very elegant. Beautiful wine with patinated tannins and bursting with black fruits and sweet spices.

Wine style :

 Powerful and complex red wine.

Food and wine pairing:

Roast veal with prunes, sweet potato mousseline with cumin. Wild boar stew with mourvèdre and cherries.

Cellar ageing potential :

12 years
