The cuvée comes from a parcel of gravel selection that gives it depth and complexity.

Description of the sommelier

     Variety:
Syrah, mourvèdre, carignan, grenache.

     Breeding :
Aged 18 months in half-muids of French oak of 600 and 500 liters and in oval lightning of 2400 liters.

      Tasting notes:
Dress in slight evolution tiled. Nose with aromas of cistus, smoky earth, and licorice.
Attack on the fruit and spices then its tannic structure appears. Firm and persistent wine. The simple expression of the terroir.

     Wine style:
Red wine of southern terroir.

     Food pairing:
Pigeon fillet with peas.
Sweetbreads with chanterelles.

      Potential of guard:
To drink by 2025.
