The Domaine du Clos Centeilles is located at the foot of the Montagne Noire on the Minervois appellation La Livinière on clay-limestone soils and sandstone with the particularity of cultivating the vines in the lyre lead in sustainable agriculture.

Faithful to her ideas Patricia Boyer Domergue offers cuvées expressing the best expression of her terroir.

     Variety:
Cinsault.

     Tasting notes:
First a little on the reduction but opens quickly on a beautiful finesse. Aromas of spices and pepper. Smoked notes.
Few tannins, but fine and well melted. The mouth is elegant.

Red wine soft and delicate.

Sweetbread with spinach.
