Tasting Notes:

Dark garnet color, nose of great purity for this natural wine, presenting the aromatic characteristics of basaltic soils (pencil lead, graphite, garrigue). On the palate, it is a real local wine, crunchy, gourmet and supple, with fine tannins.

Powerful and complex red wine.

 

Food and wine :

Cassoulet with duck confit and sage. Bougnette from Haut-Languedoc.
