Ruby in color, this wine offers a nose of black fruits, liquorice and spices. On the palate, it is a wine marked by a Grenache of good maturity but still fresh and fruity, with silky tannins and a nicely peppery finish.

Beef cheek stew and sun-dried tomato polenta. Wild rabbit pâté with ras el-hanout.
