Rótulo is a blend of regional grape varieties, without aging in wood. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in concrete tanks.

Grape varieties:

Touriga nacional, jaen, tinta pinheira, alfrocheiro

Tasting Notes:

A red wine that announces the beautiful days: fresh, airy but with a beautiful concentration of fruit enhanced by notes of spices and balsamic. A wine with precise scents of plum, blackcurrant and pepper. Of medium density, the palate is mineral and very elegant; the forest fruits and its spicy character are quite evident. It's juicy, energetic with ripe tannins. The beautiful acidity is in full harmony with the fruit.

Wine style:

Elegant and fruity red wine.

Food and wine :

Duck breast, cocoa sauce and sweet potato purée. Supreme of pigeon rubbed with muscovado sugar, crosnes in semi-salted butter and roast juices.

Aging potential in your cellar:

Four years.
