Low in dosage (3 g / l), this rosé with a pretty crushed strawberry color offers very fine bubbles. The discreet nose precedes a delicate and vinous palate, with velvety tannins provided by the addition of red wine vinified in barrels.
Digestible and refreshing, splendid!

Champagne Christian Gosset
Champagne Grand cru AOC
France - Champagne
When your name is Gosset and you have worked for thirty years in the family vineyards, in the field, with wine merchants and restaurateurs, there is nothing more natural than wanting to create your own champagne. So, at the age of fifty, Christian Gosset decided to change his life, and wrote a new page in the Gosset saga by creating a new champagne house in his name.
At the head of a 5-hour vineyard, Christian Gosset has composed a palette of six exclusively Grands Crus champagnes, made for the most part from plot vintages and vinified in wood, which are of course in line with the great terroirs of Pinot Noir from Aÿ, birthplace of the Gosset family for five centuries.
82% pinot noir (grand cru terroir of Aÿ) and 18% chardonnay (grand cru terroir of Chouilly).
Dosage: 3 g / l.
Color: coppery pink.
Nose: open, red fruits, crème fraîche, marshmallow, slightly smoky and candied.
Palate: frank attack, then the balance becomes vinous on a fairly structured basis.
The freshness of the wine is highlighted by the presence of light tannins and buffered by a discreet dosage. The effervescence is melted, it produces a creamy texture.
Overall: long (6 seconds), firm, smooth and slightly chalky.
Bright and deep sparkling rosé wine.
Food and wine :
Veal ravioli with langoustine bisque and coriander. Salmon sashimi and mild spice broth.
Aging potential in your cellar:
75 cl - 12.5% volume
