Wine from the last presses of the L’Argile cuvée, vinified separately. Aging takes place under a natural veil of yeast, in barrels, for 2 to 4 years (like the yellow wines of Jura).

Grape varieties:

90% gray grenache, 10% white grenache

Tasting Notes:

Straw gold color. Notes of almonds, nuts, ripe white fruits, broom. On the palate, elegant, beautiful freshness with a slight salinity.

White sailing wine.

Platter of anchovies from Collioure, Iberian ham and Arbequina olives. Cod back, spices and coconut milk.
