This cuvée is made from grapes from an 80 year old carignan vineyard, on black soil, laminated with schist, in the place called "Les Myrs".

Tasting notes:

This wine has a nose of fresh fruit aromas with hints of smoke, flint, blueberry and spice. Concentrated, straight and taut on the palate. An elegant wine with great finesse, which requires some time to open.

Powerful and complex red wine.

Moroccan-style pigeon pastilla. Duck stew with carrots.
