This wine plays the card of freshness without denying a certain sapidity in the mouth. One recognises the minerality melted into a generous, southern fleshiness from the outset. The nose reveals floral notes, exotic fruits nuanced by exquisite scents of iodine and citrus. The finish is concentrated and clearly takes us towards sea spray.
