Initially aged under a veil of yeast called "flor", then for several years with oxidative aging. It is developed using the traditional "solera" system for the aging of the jerez, in which rows of barrels are arranged so that the upper rows feed their younger wines with the older wines located below.
The average age is 12.

Brilliant amber dress with golden highlights. This wine has intense aromas of smoked wood and hazelnut. Dry and elegant palate, with a long spicy aftertaste. It presents a very long finish.
