Espagne - Andalousie
Jerez fino is a white sail wine aged in "solera" for four years on a palomino grape base. It has been classified DO (denominación de origen) since 1933. Reputed to be light, dry and not very acidic, the regulations impose an alcohol content of 15%, which makes it the lightest of the Jerez wines.
This jerez has a pale color with green reflections. He has a bewitching nose that reminds me of wet wool, green onion. It's floral, very dry, quite lively. The nose is really complex, dried fruits, toasted and iodized. Fruit and alcohol well integrated. Powerful flavors of almonds and apples. Great personality, absolutely delicious!
