The vineyard of the Domaine de Figuières extends over 70 hectares at the top of La Clape at an altitude of 150 m behind a rocky ridge facing the Mediterranean.
This exceptional terroir of limestone marl nestled in the heart of the scrubland provides the ideal setting for making great wines.

Grape varieties:
70% Roussanne and 30% Viognier.

Tasting Notes:

Pale golden yellow color, brilliant and limpid. Fine nose, without exuberance. Aromas of white flowers evoke the first signs of spring. To these are added notes of rosemary and thyme as well as some iodized notes. Minerality is expressed with precision. The aromatic depth of this wine prompts respect. A light aeration allows the Viognier to develop notes of violet. Surprising on the palate with its silky attack. It is frank, round and deep with a welcome freshness from the mid-palate. This tasty and sapid wine will enchant you with its floral, spring and mineral notes. Good, fine and pleasant length.

Floral and balanced white wine.

Food and wine pairing:
Risottoaux Saint-Jacques and green asparagus. Gambas ravioli in ginger and lemongrass broth.

6 years.
