This Parcel selection is a reflection of a vintage, a terroir, a grape variety and a plot combined with ideas and constant tests in the cellar to refine the character and personality of this wine.

Grapes:
100% grey grenache.
Natural sulphite-free winemaking in ovoid concrete vat.

Tasting notes:

A purity and concentration accentuated by an intense acidity that binds the structure into a crystalline character that gives the impression of being ready to explode. A salty sensation in the mouth with iodine notes, a wine that intrigues!
