Domaine Henri Rebourseau
Gevrey Chambertin 2016
Gevrey Chambertin AOC
Although not specified on the label, this cuvée comes exclusively from the "Aux Corvées" parcel, which lies to the south of Gevrey-Chambertin, flirting with the 1er crus on a relatively flat and rich area of disparate stone scree on deep soil, adjacent to the "Brunelle". Here the Pinot grapes, on a plot of 2.33 hectares, are grown biodynamically.

Delicate and complex red wine.
Food and wine pairing:
Roast mallard with orange, melting turnips. Fine tart of petits gris à la bourguignonne.
