Domaine Henri Rebourseau
Charmes-Chambertin Grand cru 2018
Charmes-Chambertin Grand cru AOC
Located in the vineyards of the Côtes Nuits, the northernmost wine region of Burgundy, Charmes Chambertin is one of the Grands Crus of Chambertin. Chambertin is a mythical hillside of this wine sub-region. Its difference with the AOC Chambertin is minimal. These nuances are due to the extremely varied climates (terroirs) and yet so close together.
Grape varieties :
100% pinot noir
This is a particularly impressive level of aromatic definition. The nose keeps evolving in the glass with wild strawberries, spices and minerality revealing themselves after a few minutes in the glass. The palate is fleshy but very refined, the same goes for the tannins which are already very silky.

Delicate and complex red wine.
Food and wine pairing:
Salmis of pigeon. Wild boar stew with Pinot and Burgundy truffles.
Ageing potential in your cellar :
