Easter lunch, in casual mode, naturally.

Easter lunch, in casual mode, naturally.

It is always a pleasure to meet for the Easter holidays around a large table.

Traditional atmosphere around the inevitable leg of golden walleye, some cloves of garlic, wild thyme Nizas gully and a sprig of laurel and rosemary.

The cuisine with flavors of the South!

On the cellar side, I have two bottles that stand out to begin with ...

Montpezat Chichery, a blend of typical Languedoc grape varieties with aromas of garrigue and ripe red fruits.

And to finish…

Château La Grave Figeac Saint-Emilion Grand Cru deep ruby color, ample nose with liquorice and fruity notes, full-bodied, structured, solid tannins, good material.

What is certain is that we will feast!
