Jourde blanc is a surprising blend, a wine made from a mosaic of grape varieties.
The style is delicate, the acidity is good, and the result makes you salivate. This wine is still young but very promising.
The attack is frank, followed by a persistent and silky finesse of the grain. The small red and black fruits are brilliant on the nose and in the mouth.

Together with the vineyards of La Garnatxa Fosca del Priorat, this Grenache wine reflects the minerality of the soils and the Mediterranean influence.
Faugères of good maturity but fresh and fruity, with silky tannins and a nicely peppery finish.
Be careful, it's a UFO! An unidentified Vinic Object. This wine comes from a complantation, predominantly pre-phylloxera vines and grape varieties that have sometimes almost disappeared.
