Montfalette is a pure expression of schist, at the same time intense, spicy, complex but with an incredible freshness on the finish. This wine has a good density which allows it to last for years, as well as a lot of finesse and complexity with notes of black fruits and liquorice. A great wine to keep in the cellar!
