From sunset, to aperitif there reigns a relaxed and joyful atmosphere around a punch.
On the slates of the day, the chef offers dishes, a few colorful plates and classic chicken smoked three sauces.
Among the flasks to be tasted on the wine list, the carignena, a blend of Carignan and Grenache from Jérôme Estève in Peyrac-sur-mer facing the pond of Bages.
A red wine with ripe fruit aromas, with notes of violets to finish on sweet spices.
