Tomato and basil
Vegetables picked from the garden.
Tomato and basil are some of the products we like in summer when they taste good.
I harvest them well fleshy, then stuffed with a combination of rice, pesto and crushed almonds and raises a hint of pink garlic Lautrec.
Naturally, I cook them sprinkled with fragrant virgin olive oil from the Clermont-l'Hérault mill.
I accompany this summer dish with a merry red wine, on strawberry flavors, frank and tonic.
Ailes et Moi wine from Château Boisset in the Pic Saint Loup appellation
Nose with notes of fresh fruit, raspberry. With soft, fruity tannins on the finish.
