The vineyard of Domaine des Yeuses covers more than 70 hectares.
It is a very limestone hill with a maritime influence on the lagoon of Thau.
This original situation favors the acclimatization of very different grape varieties:
Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Vermentino, Terret, Muscat, Syrah, Merlot ...

100% viognier.

Beautiful flowers with a beautiful roundness and a subtle nutty finish.
