       Vinification :
Maceration for one month in vats with whole grapes, direct entonnage, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels.

       Ageing :
For two years in old barrels.

      Grape varieties :
80% clairette, 20% carignan blanc

      Tasting notes:
The orange colour can surprise many. It is deep, intense and very attractive. The nose reveals superb notes of infusion (verbena) and dried apricots. After a few minutes of opening, there is a very pleasant, slightly oxidative note. The winey palate is accomplished in a gourmet texture concluding with beautiful bitter finishes.

     Wine style :
White wine of maceration.

      Food and wine pairing:
Prawns in citrus crumbs, turnip mousseline with sesame. Cromesquis of Sainte-Maure de Touraine with walnut slivers and chestnut honey.
