    Pure expression of the great climates of Burgundy, the wines of the Domaine Henri Rebourseau are vintages with an ageing potential of about 10 years for the villages to more than 20 years for the great vintages, and even much more depending on the vintage.

All his wines are made in the traditional way, aged in oak barrels in his underground cellars.

    The Domain The Tale of Floris was created in 2000 by Daniel Le Conte des Floris, former journalist of the Revue du Vin de France. A small farm in Languedoc of about 7 hectares, the vineyards are located between Pézenas, Caux and Gabian. The winery is located in Pézenas, in the heart of the village and the Languedoc-Pézenas appellation. The estate is in organic agriculture (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter).

  • Domaine Les Conques

    François Douville, an agronomy engineer and oenologist, settled in Roussillon around 2000, taking over an abandoned estate in the rugged landscape of the Aspres, at the foot of the Canigou.
    He started out as an organic grower, slowly and surely with his horse Achille, and cultivates 9 hectares of vines, preserving the hedges between the plots.

  • Domaine Rémi Jalliet

    Rémi Jalliet's estate now covers 6.5 hectares. It includes ten or so parcels of vines aged between 35 and 80 years old, scattered on clay-limestone slopes, in the middle of the garrigue and the rocks.
    Rich in aromas and flavours, Rémi's wines are very charming. Powerful but balanced, they offer a beautiful expression of the wild terroirs of the Corbières.
