  • Semper

Tradition, this term is omnipresent in this winegrowing family.
After their parents Paul and Geneviève, Florent (in the vineyard) and Mathieu (in the cellar) perpetuate the authentic work of the harvest. On their 30 ha estate, they can play on two terroirs: the black schists of Maury and the granitic arenas of Lesquerde

Intense, deep, as if sculpted by the elements into the material of the terroirs, these wines make up a harmonious and very qualitative range.

  • Serre Romani

    serre-romani-winemaker

Laurent and Cylia Pratx are the perfect example of the last generation of Rousslllon winemakers inspired by the diversity of local grape varieties and the richness of black shale and pebble soils.
They multiply the cuvées whose thread remains the gluttony and velvety.

  • Sottimano

Andrea, the son of founder Rino, is now in charge of the estate. Owner of plots on five vintages of the appellation, Sottimano produces five distinct barbaresco, vinified identically, with French barrel farms. Like Burgundy vintages, tasting here is always a great lesson of the different terroirs of this area.
Already very qualitative, production has reached new heights in the last five years. A journalist from a great Italian guide recently told us: "Andrea sets new standards, he will write his page in the history of Barbaresco." Prices remain very wise, despite the current rating.
