So young and already so delicious, Gueule de Loup is an excellent juicy and supple red, to be served a little chilled.
A very pleasant style that we would like to see more often in Provence.

Cirque clay limestone, stony with many inclusions of flint. Exposures on medium and gentle slopes to the west and north-west ... cool climate for Provence! Altitude 360 to 390 m.
80% grenache noir, 10% cinsault, 10% cabernet. 20 to 40 year old vines.
Beautiful garnet color, nose with notes of cherry… pleasant liveliness in the mouth, to drink without thirst!
Fresh and fruity red wine.
Food and wine :
Lamb hazelnut with mint, full-bodied jus and broad beans in foil. Milanese veal chop, gnocchi with chanterelles.
