Ruinart was the first Champagne House to be founded in 1729, and is an essential reference. The historic Champagne House Ruinart owes its birth to the visionary and precursor monk Dom Thierry Ruinart. Located in the heart of Reims, the Ruinart House watches over a treasure. Unique, monuments of history and architectural prowess, the Ruinart chalk pits have been classified as a historic site since 1931 and included on the UNESCO World Heritage List since July 2015. Nearly 40 metres underground, in the darkness and coolness of the cathedral-like cellars, the precious bottles wait to be brought to light. Elegance, style and timelessness define the DNA of the Ruinart Champagne House, which is one of the most appreciated brands in France, embodying the excellence of the French art of living in the four corners of the world.

Grape varieties :
45% Chardonnay (from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims) and 55% Pinot Noir (from the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne, of which 18 to 19% is vinified as red).
This blend harmoniously combines the freshness of the Chardonnay with the roundness and character of the Pinot Noir and is completed by 20 to 25% reserve wines from the last two years.
Tasting notes:
Pomegranate-coloured with orange highlights, Ruinart Rosé champagne has lively and very light bubbles with an extremely persistent cordon. The nose seduces with its combination of subtlety and freshness, first developing aromas of exotic fruits and small red fruits, before letting fine notes of roses and pomegranates come through to complete its complexity and sublime intensity. The palate reveals a frank attack, offering flavours of crunchy red fruits, as well as a formidable balance. This Rosé Champagne reveals itself to be greedy and fresh, before an elegant and lively finish combining menthol and citrus touches.

A lively and deep sparkling rosé wine.
