The beautiful, deep colour of this Mourvèdre rosé (65% of the blend) gives the tasting a boost just by looking at it. Finally a rosé with colour! The nose is in unison, powerful and dense, introducing a wine with rich flesh on a slightly peppery and tannic finish.

A powerful and dense rosé wine.

Food and wine pairing :
Pan-fried red mullet fillet with olive oil, fine mozzarella pie. Moroccan-style vegetable tagine with preserved lemon.
