This wine is made using a special vinification method known as pellicular maceration. It is a white wine vinified like a red wine. Short 10-day skin maceration with daily pumping over.

Pinot gris and viognier


Tasting notes:

This wine has a brilliant, attractive amber colour with golden highlights. The nose is intense, with notes of candied fruit and tangerine. The palate is complex and full of contrasts, combining delicate honeyed notes with a lovely freshness.

Trout ceviche with green mango and pink berries, timut pepper, coral lentil dahl with coconut milk and diced monkfish poached in curry.
