Tasting Notes: Resulting from a maceration of about three weeks, this wine presents candied citrus aromas (kumquat, clementine) and discreet muscat notes. The mouth is structured but remains fresh with a vegetal finish marked by lemongrass. An excellent introduction to dry white macerated wines.
