This cuvée is quite exceptional and confidential. It is not a plot of land but the best of what could have made up the "La Giroflarie" cuvée. It is produced in very small quantities.

Grape varieties :

95% Syrah and 5% Viognier

Tasting notes:

On the nose, it is a real field of flowers that we propose you to cross, morello cherry, blueberry and a very beautiful aromatic. An aromatic definition that is juicy: black fruits, spices, tapenade that makes the whole complex. On the palate, the fruit is very beautiful, it is a fine and balanced wine, very fresh on the finish. The ageing is well present, laid down, allowing the mouth to display good volume.

A powerful and complex red wine.

Food and wine pairing :

Matured and grilled Galician prime rib with creamy polenta and olives. Capon de Géline de Touraine with chestnuts, truffle stuffing, baked potatoes.
