Domaine Burja is located in the Vipava Valley (Vipavska Dolina), near the Italian border, with around 7 hectares of vineyards. The Burja de Primoz family has lived in this region since 1499, cultivating vines and making wine there.

     

Grape varieties:

100% pinot gris.

Tasting Notes:

This wine wonderfully shows the aromatic expressions of the grape, great tropical notes, apple and a hint of rose petals.

Wine style:

Aromatic and complex rosé wine.

Food and wine :

Moroccan pigeon pastilla. Eggplant parmesan rolls, confit of Calabrian peppers and roasted pine nuts.
