Tasting notes:

The colour is pale yellow with lemon reflections. Beautifully aromatic, between broom and spices, it is enhanced by a touch of curry. Broad but chiselled, the palate offers plenty of chewiness and great bitters. Very successful.

Wine style :

Complex and elegant white wine.

Food and wine pairing :

Fillet of sea bream spiked with rosemary, pommes grenaille and lemon-verbena sauce. Green asparagus glazed with Corsican mandarin, Corsican country ham and pistachio chips.
