Daniel Le Conte des Floris created this seven-hectare estate in 2000, in the communes of Pézenas, Caux and Gabian, after a first career in journalism. The influence of Burgundy, the region where the winemaker was trained, is felt in the choices of wine making
Real choices, from the use of white carignan, to fine plot selections or long maturation on lees, have quickly made the domaine a household name.
The style is always fresh, digestible, precise, with controlled alcohols and delicate matter. The expressions of terroir stand out and the whole is of a very high standard.
