This red wine, made from the only Gamay Saint-Romain grape, reveals floral and fruity (raspberry) aromas on the nose, with notes of spices evoking pepper. On the palate it reveals a beautiful minerality, combined with a supple tannic structure.

Croque-Monsieur with truffled white ham, sheep's milk tomme and semi-dried tomatoes. Black pork tenderloin Catalan style with apple.
