Red wine with Rhone accents, our Languedocian "Saint-Joseph"!
Dark color, very delicate nose with aromas of black fruits with toasted notes. Fruity on the palate with tannins already well established and which should melt quickly enough to give way to a fine and harmonious whole.
Character to spare and great aging potential.

Simmental sirloin flank steak and shallot chutney with thyme, coconuts of Paimpol with smoked bacon. Leg of wild boar, pepper sauce with candied quince.
