This wine is made from the maccabeu grape variety, from vines on clay-limestone soil and rolled pebbles, located on the terraces of the Agly.
                   

Grape varieties :

100% maccabeu
Aged in barrels for 12 months

Tasting notes:

Clear color with green reflections. Nose with aromas of white fruits (peach, pear) with a note of honey. The mouth is greedy and full. A wine held by its minerality and that we discover differently with time.

Bass ceviche with nectarines, coriander and timut pepper. Bouzigues oyster tartar with green mango and Sichuan pepper.
