Gianni Brunelli Brunello di Montalcino Riserva

Powerful nose with concentrated black cherry and red berry notes, slightly spicy, with delicate floral and tobacco notes. The palate is rich but elegant, showing great depth with a powerful but fine tannic structure.
A great, racy wine, rare as it is only produced in great vintages!

Gianni Brunelli - Le Chiuse di Sotto

Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2013

Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG

Italie - Toscane

In 1987, Gianni Brunelli, then a restaurant owner (Osteria Le Logge, in Siena, a must!), embarked on a wine-growing adventure. He acquired the Chiuse di Sotto estate and then enlarged it with the purchase of the Podernovone estate. In 2008, Gianni Brunelli passed away. His wife, Laura, took over the reins of the estate and brought it to this level of excellence.
The Gianni Brunelli estate covers almost 7 hectares. In order to produce the finest wines, the work in the vineyard and in the cellar is done with great precision and control of each stage, from the grape to the bottle.
