This estate in the Colli region of Abruzzo has vineyards located between 100 and 200 meters above sea level. It has been in the same family for three generations. The grape variety is Montepulciano, Trebbiano, Pecorino, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. The soils are poor with a low proportion of clay and the vines are not irrigated. It was one of the very first estates to convert to organic farming in the 1980s. Today, Donatello Jasci and his wife Piera are in charge of the estate, and benefit from the support and experience of the previous generation.

100% white ugni (trebbiano).

Tasting Notes:

The color of this wine is yellow with green reflections. The nose is delicate on stone fruits. It's refreshing on the palate with floral notes of elderberry and white flowers. It’s salty, fresh and well constructed.

Sea bass in a salt crust, butter and lemon sauce. Sea bream tartare from the Thau lagoon, green mango, timut pepper and fresh coriander.
