Tasting notes:

Evoking Sicilian coastal air, blood orange and candied ginger, this crystalline white wine is infused with sweet phenolic compounds from a very short skin maceration of the berries. It is a saline delight, very lightly structured. Full of blood orange, ginger notes. The impression of smelling the sea air in a lemon tree.

Food and wine pairing:

Scallops in a lime, mango and nori seaweed marinade. Tajine of old-fashioned vegetables with olives and preserved lemon.
