Tasting notes :
Dry, fruity and fresh white wine. Yellow colour with silver reflections. Nose of white fruits, chalk and lemon zest. Round, ample, very fresh and thirst-quenching mouth. The finish is tonic, finely lemony, mineral with a slight astringency that makes you salivate.
